All received orders are entered into our system for processing within 24hrs of the order being received, and processing begins immediately. Once you have received a confirmation for your order, your package has already entered our system and cannot be edited or canceled.
We ask that you please select your products carefully, and ask for guidance if you are unsure of which product would best benefit you. We take pride in promptly processing orders for creation and delivery.
We ship all orders within 7 business days. All orders are shipped with USPS priority mail, which can take 1 - 3 business days, however, the USPS can delay the shipping at any time. We offer free shipping as a courtesy. The correct shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address including the apartment number on your order. If the package has to be returned to the sender, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any additional shipping. USPS will not reship items that have an incorrect address for free. Due to the nature of our products, TrêsLife does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. All TrêsLife products are freshly handmade to order specifically with you in mind; therefore, all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned once ordered.
